M-SPRINT Technologies ("M-SPRINT Technologies", "we", "us", or "our") operates the M-SPRINT mobile application ("M-SPRINT", "the App").

M-SPRINT is a technology platform that connects independent drivers with passengers travelling on the M-2 Motorway.
M-SPRINT does not itself provide transportation services, operate taxis, employ drivers, or control transportation journeys. Transportation is independently provided by drivers.

Messages, photographs, and other information voluntarily submitted through chat may be processed and stored as necessary to provide the communication service, maintain platform security, investigate abuse, and comply with applicable requirements.
M-SPRINT uses push notification technology to deliver relevant notifications, including account-related messages, ride-related notifications, chat notifications, subscription information, and other service communications.
For this purpose, the application may process a device or push notification token associated with your device.
Certain driver features require an active subscription. Subscription payments are processed through JazzCash.
M-SPRINT may receive or store transaction-related information necessary to verify and manage subscription status.
M-SPRINT does not require or intentionally store your JazzCash account PIN or other confidential payment credentials.
The application does not require background location tracking for its core functionality.

M-SPRINT connects independent drivers and passengers. Information voluntarily provided through the platform may be made available to other users when necessary to provide the relevant platform functionality.
Users should exercise appropriate caution when communicating with other users and should not voluntarily disclose sensitive personal information through chat unless necessary.
M-SPRINT does not process passenger transportation fares.
Passengers pay drivers directly, and drivers are responsible for collecting fares and complying with applicable tax and legal obligations.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
These measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, secure infrastructure, and other appropriate security practices.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide M-SPRINT services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and prevent fraud or abuse.
When information is no longer required for these purposes, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it, subject to applicable legal or legitimate business retention requirements.
M-SPRINT provides users with a mechanism to request deletion of their account and associated personal information.
Users may initiate account deletion through the account deletion functionality provided within the M-SPRINT application.

M-SPRINT is not directed toward children and is intended for users who are legally permitted to use the services in their jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
M-SPRINT may use third-party service providers to support application functionality, infrastructure, notifications, payments, security, and other operational requirements.
These providers may process information on our behalf in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy policies.
